    Arrival:

Our event, "A World of Opportunities" officially kicks off tomorrow so wanted to provide a few additional details to help the event go as smooth as possible.

    • If you haven't yet, please visit the sessions tab and complete all pre-work before the kickoff.
    • We have covered the cost of hotel Wifi in the hotel guest rooms for up to 4 devices.  When you connect you will be asked to provide your room number, last name and accept the charges.  Those charges will be waived off your bill at check-out as they are included in the resort fee.  You may also use the fitness center at the Wynn for free as it's included in the resort fee.
    • Please remember to be on-time for all required sessions.  We have updated a few start times to 7:30am so please review the itinerary on the website.  Breakfast is served in the meeting rooms at 7am so please do not expense breakfast or lunch during this trip as it is provided in the meeting rooms.

    Roommates:

For all ThinkingPhones employees who will be sharing rooms you will be required to provide a credit card (or debit card) at check-in to cover incidentals.

To make it easiest at check-out, we recommend those sharing do not put any charges on their rooms but instead pay with individual credit cards throughout the hotel (Keep in mind the mini-bar runs by magnetic sensors so if you move anything at all you will be charged).  This way at check-out you will not have to sort out and divide the charges.

Given the size of this kickoff and the available hotel rooms at the Wynn we have had to room people together.

Over the last 48 hours we have made a few updates to the rooming list, at check-in you will be able to inquire if your roommate situation has changed.

    Words from Cedric:

During the sales kick-off in Las Vegas, a few rules will apply. While it is great to have fun and enjoy the time there, please make sure that:

    • You are going to behave yourself. You are sales professional. Partying is ok as long as you avoid creating problems to the team or to others with inappropriate behaviors,
    • You show up on time during the sessions and trainings – If you show up late, please, do not show up as it shows that you care more about partying that about being great.
    • You show up fresh enough to stay involved in the training and learn.
    • You treat everyone with respect. In other words, if you cannot behave yourself when you’ve got too many drinks, don’t have them.
    • When Dinner is not provided, you will be allowed to expense up to $85 a day per the travel policy.  You DO NOT EXPENSE ANYTHING on top of that. If you do, it is on you. Not on on the company.
